At iseekblinds, our goal is to provide you with the best quality products at the most affordable prices and to achieve that we don't provide a quoting or measure and install service. Instead, our website contains a huge resource of how-to-guides tutorials that will step you through the measuring and installation process for each of our products.  We aim to make it as easy as possible, instil confidence in your DIY skills and ensure you get it right.  To remove the smoke and mirrors and to assist you in your research phase from the convenience of where ever you are and at a time that suits you, we have developed an Instant price function that will give you a quick overview of pricing for each product based on your width and drop and selected fabric/material.  For most straightforward windows, this is what you will pay.  With some products, there are more customised options available that if selected may add additional costs. For an accurate price, please proceed to our Design and Order page where you can fully customise your blinds and even save them to a wish list to come back to later.  And remember, you are not alone; we are here to help. Yes, it really is!  In our Guides and How to section we provide detailed instructions and videos on exactly how to measure for every one of our products and provide tips for tricky windows.  All you need is a metal tape measure, a pen and paper and a step ladder for hard-to-reach windows.  We also provide a handy check measure sheet for each of our product types that will help you keep a record of all your option choices for each window and ensure you don't have to go back and check anything once you are done.  Before you start make sure to have a good read of our How to Measure pages and check out our quick and simple-to-follow videos with our CEO Mike.  If you get stuck, you can book a free video consultation.

At iSeekBlinds, we take pride in making it as easy as possible to guide you through the measuring process and ensure you get it right.  Review the measuring instructions provided online and contact us directly if you have any questions or are simply not sure. Before you submit your order, be sure to check and double check your measurements as well as review your cart to confirm you have entered the measurements correctly before proceeding to checkout.   If you realise after you have placed your order that you have made a mistake contact us immediately and if we haven't already started production we will do our best to make any amendments.  Unfortunately, once blinds are in production we are unable to offer a return on your custom-made blinds as they have been made specifically for your unique windows, which means we are unable to resell the goods.  Please refer to our  Terms & Conditions policy for further details

Yes, it really is! Understanding that window coverings are usually needed as soon as possible, we work with a sense of urgency to get your blinds to you in the fastest possible time frame. For up-to-date timeframes on all our products, visit our Delivery and Timings page

Once your blinds have been completed they will be automatically dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery details.  As it is not possible to nominate an exact date and time of delivery, all deliveries to a nominated address must have an "authority to leave" the packages if no one is home to accept the delivery. If you are unable to have an "authority to leave" then you can nominate to collect your order from a local depot.

Please take a moment to review your order in your cart carefully and make any necessary changes before proceeding to check out.
